ELEKS’ Project Management Office is the department that drives the delivery of services and solutions.
Our PMs are responsible for the full project management life cycle. They set the project in motion by making the initial arrangements with a customer, guiding the idea’s inception and participating in budget negotiations. Once the project is launched, the PM takes full control over its operations and delivery, sharing the responsibility for its financial success with the rest of the stakeholders. In addition, the Project Manager is responsible for suggesting business improvements to customers and leading the implementation of suitable initiatives.
Offering an extensive range of software product development services, ELEKS provides its PMs with a choice of projects varying from long-term complex services and solutions for enterprises, to innovative products for dynamically developing start-ups, involving a lot of R&D. Additionally, Project Managers can gain experience with various business models, including fixed-price contracts.
