The Technical Support Office is a young but rapidly growing part of the ELEKS team. Our support specialists not only are experts in various technologies and platforms; they also have a solid understanding of business logic behind software applications. In addition to their system administration expertise, they know how to work with databases and application servers, cloud infrastructure and corporate IT systems like ActiveDirectory, SharePoint, O365 and more. As such, they're fundamental. Not only to us but to the success of our clients.

ELEKS technical support engineers are the link between all of our support functions. They communicate with teams at each point in the chain and provide expert technical support from the pivotal early stages of a project. Technical support engineers assist with desktop, mobile and web-based applications - keeping them responsive and running 24/7, 365 days a year. Our support office also provides crucial feedback to development teams, so our customers can focus on their core business - not on operations and infrastructure.
