ELEKS Quality Assurance Office is looking for a Senior General Test Lead (AI-Native Delivery Pod) in Krakow, Poland.

ABOUT PROJECT

AI-Native Delivery Pod is a new cross-functional team that builds software using AI-Native engineering practices as a core part of the delivery model. You will not only define processes and technical approaches but also actively contribute through architecture design, coding, prototyping, technical leadership, consulting, and pre-sales activities.

REQUIREMENTS

7+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing
Proven experience in a Senior Test/QA Lead role
Strong understanding of software quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices
Experience defining quality strategies, testing processes, quality gates, testing standards, and acceptance criteria
Experience establishing and scaling QA practices in greenfield or rapidly evolving environments
Practical experience applying AI/LLM tools within software engineering and quality assurance workflows
Ability to utilize AI-assisted tools for test design, test case generation, automation development, debugging, refactoring, and quality analysis
Strong experience in test automation across web, backend, API, and integration layers
Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks and solutions
Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD and modern software delivery processes
Good understanding of test architecture, test data management, mocking, stubbing, and overall test strategy
Experience working within Agile and cross-functional product teams
Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, developers, business analysts, product stakeholders, and project managers
Experience defining feature specifications, acceptance criteria, and validation approaches
Strong understanding of risk-based testing and quality decision-making
Ability to evaluate quality trade-offs and advise teams on appropriate validation strategies
Customer-facing communication skills and the ability to discuss quality-related topics with clients and stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy
Adaptable and flexible mindset with the ability to succeed in an innovative and fast-changing environment
Upper-Intermediate strong or Advanced English level

Experience working on AI-Native or AI-assisted software delivery projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in shaping the pod’s quality strategy and standards from the ground up
Set quality gates and acceptance criteria for AI-assisted and AI-generated output, and personally execute testing on the pod’s PoCs and client work when hands-on coverage is needed
Advise the Tech Lead/Architect and Domain Expert/BA on risks, quality trade-offs, and validation approaches
Help the pod self-organize around a shared definition of “done” and quality standards
Advise clients directly on quality strategy during pre-sales conversations and PoCs, building confidence in the AI-Native delivery model
Participate in a structured training and ramp-up cycle (2 to 3 months) alongside the rest of the pod
