ELEKS is looking for a Solution Architect in Krakow, Poland.

ABOUT PROJECT

We are forming a new AI-Native Delivery Pod at ELEKS, a small, cross-functional team that builds software using AI-Native engineering practices as a core part of the delivery model. The pod will initially focus on internal proof-of-concept initiatives, innovation projects, and pre-sales engagements, validating new approaches to AI-Native software delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

7+ years of professional software development experience, including technical leadership, solution architecture, or engineering ownership, and the willingness to stay hands-on with new advancements in these areas
Working knowledge of several technology stacks and readiness to switch between them as client and business needs require
Solid practical experience with AI-Native software engineering: AI-driven development workflows, agentic systems, and AI-assisted tooling across the SDLC, backed by AI-enabled proof-of-concepts, prototypes, or production systems you have designed and built
Organized, self-driven working style; able to bring structure, ways of working, and technical direction to a small, newly formed cross-functional team
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience explaining technical solutions to customers and executives in terms of business value
Interest in emerging AI technologies and new delivery practices, and willingness to share the knowledge with wider company audience
Advanced English proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead technical discovery for AI-Native opportunities with clients and internal stakeholders to identify business needs, technical constraints, and solution options
Partner with pre-sales and business development to shape proposals, run solution workshops, and present AI-Native solutions to prospective clients and executive stakeholders
Work hands-on with the team on proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and internal innovation initiatives, integrating AI-assisted and agentic techniques into the SDLC and refining them as the pod learns what works
Design end-to-end AI-Native solution architectures, selecting technologies, AI-assisted workflows, and delivery models that fit client objectives
Set technical direction, engineering standards, and collaboration practices for the AI-Native Delivery Pod
Learn and reuse ELEKS’s existing frameworks and internal resources, follow what works on the market, and help in introducing the approaches that prove valuable in engagements into ELEKS’s AI-Native service offering
