ELEKS Quality Assurance Office is looking for a Trainee/Junior Test Engineer in Ukraine, Poland or Croatia.

ABOUT PROJECT

Platform is a cloud-based platform for risk and insurance portfolio analytics that consolidates previously fragmented internal solutions into a single ecosystem, helping eliminate duplication of data and functionality. Also enables a more streamlined, consistent, and scalable approach to risk analytics and portfolio management.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Common sense and attention to detail
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts and methodologies
Understanding of different testing types (Functional, Regression, Smoke, Exploratory)
Ability to write clear test cases and bug reports
Basic understanding of web applications and client-server architecture
Intermediate English or higher

RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement and execute tests at all planned levels, log and evaluate results and document deviations from the expected results
Use tests administration, monitoring, and management tools
Participate in test environment setup
Prepare and acquire test data
Contribute to test documentation creation
