Technical Support Coordinator

ELEKS is looking for Technical Support Coordinator in our Lviv Office or remote


  • 1.5+ year of experience in user support
  • Strong knowledge of help desk software (Jira) and ERP (1C)
  • Basic knowledge of databases
  • The ability to explain problems and solutions clearly to non-technical users
  • Customer service orientation
  • Intermediate level of English


  • Coordinate work of first level support for customers requests
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Walk customers through problem solving process
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
  • Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
