Pre-sale Architect/Software Architect

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid experience in software development
• 5 years of higher education (engineering school, university or equivalent) in IT
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud computing technologies
• Understanding of pre-sales engagement, consulting, and project support processes and activities
• Proficiency in presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Demonstrated focus on achieving results
• Knowledge of the French IT market and familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
• Possession of one or more clouds and architecture certifications would be a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, presentations, and industry events

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical solutions and proposals tailored to client needs
• Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, including responding to technical inquiries and addressing concerns
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, such as proposals, quotes, and statements of work
• Participate in meetings with clients to discuss technical aspects of proposed solutions and address any technical questions or concerns
• Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment on technical messaging and strategy
