ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our team in Croatia and Poland.

REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience with at least 2 years in the role of Project Coordinator or PM
- Agile development and Scrum Master experience
- Analytically strong and able to analyze requirements as necessary
- Good understanding of SDLC process and issues faced during each phase
- Exposure to risk analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Interact with various stakeholders for technical and project discussions
- Experience creating reports and monitoring the progress of activities
- Communicate status diplomatically while not compromising on honesty
- Problem solver rather than a problem identifier
- Creative and innovative
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Experience or knowledge with Disciplined Agile Development (DAD)
- CSM Certification
- Experience in SAFe to promote alignment, collaboration, and delivery across large numbers of agile teams
- Technical knowledge is a definite plus on .Net or SQL
- PMP / ITIL / Prince 2 / PMI-ACP certification
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritizes projects objectively in a professional and accurate manner
- Ensures adherence to project procedures around all activities on SDLC
- Ensures proper scoping, costing and scheduling of projects assigned
- Good understanding of agile methodologies.
- Creates a detailed work breakdown structure to identify and sequence activities
- Gathers project estimates (Cost, Time, Resources, etc.)
- Develops Project Plan for distribution to project stakeholders
- Identifies risks and develops risk mitigation plans
- Reviews the project plan with stakeholders and revise as required
- Monitors project tasks against the plan and takes corrective action as necessary
- Develops measurable project goals and objectives and monitors progress
- Gets consensus on objectives and measures by which project will be evaluated
- Drives consistency and quality through best practices
- Securely documents project information and share it with stakeholders
- Manages vendors or partners to ensure delivery against agreed plan
- Develop forms and records to document project activities
- Establishes a communication schedule to update stakeholders on project progress
- Schedules and conducts meetings to communicate effectively
- Reviews quality of work completed with project team on a regular basis
- Enables continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluates outcomes of the project as established during planning phase
- Work with all groups and service providers to resolve issues as required
- Conducts project closure reports and communicates lessons learned
