ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Program Manager to join our community.

About our PMO

Our PMs are responsible for the full project management life cycle. They set the project in motion by making the initial arrangements with a customer, guiding the idea’s inception and participating in budget negotiations. Once the project is launched, the PM takes full control over its operations and delivery, sharing the responsibility for its financial success with the rest of the stakeholders. In addition, the Project Manager is responsible for suggesting business improvements to customers and leading the implementation of suitable initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience in managing large and complex projects (30+ people, 12+ months project duration)
  • Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Proven experience with managing large/complex projects will full financial accountability
  • Strong experience in executing fixed-price projects
  • Practical experience in using of EVM model
  • Proficient understanding of Agile frameworks, Waterfall
  • Familiar with PMBOK guide
  • Proven experience to manage distributed frontend, backend, QA, BA, DevOps distributed teams, established reliable collaboration and capacity management
  • Strong understanding SDLC, especially CI/CD and release process
  • People management, performance review, staffing
  • Solid experience of using different planning\tracking (Atlassian stack) tools
  • Perfect understanding of IT system and project life-cycles
  • Proven knowledge of project management principles
  • Proven understanding of project financial aspects – profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and resources utilization
  • Advanced English

  • Certification (PMP, SAFe, Scrum, etc)

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage program road map and benefits to the company
  • Govern program budget across multiple projects, work with Account Management to on profitability objectives
  • Resolve program issues and mitigate risks, escalate issues/risks when appropriate
  • Manage program status, including KPIs, program highlights, project statuses, and road-maps. Ensure quality inspections are carried out as required. Analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas
  • Build, develop, and grow positive relationships with clients, identify opportunities to grow business, and deepen the partnership. Turn opportunities into projects or solutions and make sure they bring planned benefits to the program
  • Build a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization, and objectives
  • Frame up roles and responsibilities across teams to deliver on program objectives. Coordinate priorities and requirements, allocate and leverage resources across projects to deliver results
  • Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members. Participate in cross-project planning to resolve conflicts in project priorities and constraints
  • Effectively communicate with company management on program strategies and plans
  • Manage program communications and executive reporting
  • Provide administration and participation in organizational performance management initiatives
  • Provide and promote high standards of professionalism and leadership throughout the life of projects. Promote the professional development of project and peer team members through coaching, mentoring, and guidance
  • Recognize areas for improvement and communicate them to senior management to ensure continual improvement
  • Conduct post-project implementation reviews to identify ‘lessons learned’ elements
  • Provide support to the Project Management Office and initiatives
  • Establish a network of communication with C-Level, top managers and decision’s makers on the client’s side
  • Learn the client’s business and identify an additional business value, ELEKS can deliver to the client
  • Structurу and de-scopу required activities into a number of projects
  • Plan and roadmap the entire program and set objectives for the particular project
  • Identify and managу project dependencies
  • Works with internal ELEKS services to organize people allocation and vendor involvement when needed
  • Responsible for the risk management
  • Grow an account to achieve company goals
