ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for Middle User Experience Researcher in all our offices and remote.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience as UX Research Specialist or similar role
- At least Upper–Intermediate level of English
- Experience with qualitative methodologies of user research (interviews, observations, contextual inquiry)
- Experience in quantitative design methodologies of user research (surveys, app analytics)
- Experience in conducting usability testings
- Practical cases on in-field studies
- Skills of behavioral analysis
- BA degree of Sociology will be a plus
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and conduct user research studies
- Plan and prepare user research (define audience, hire users)
- Lead the users throughout the process of proposing, wireframing, and implementing UX improvements
- Work closely with marketing and product management teams to identify research topics
- Work with design, product management, content strategy, engineering, and marketing
- Participate in recruitment activities for user research
- Plan and implement the overall user research strategy and methods
