ELEKS is looking for Enterprise Engagement Manager in Lviv or Kyiv.

About Project

Enterprise Engagement Manager is responsible for cooperation relationship establishment with clients both from tech and process sides, pre-sale management and developing an optimal business proposal for the client, serving as a bridge between client and ELEKS organizations as well as a bridge between Sales and Delivery at ELEKS internally.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the IT outsourcing business
  • Onsite visits to client locations held in the past
  • Project management of 3+ discovery/audit projects
  • Training/coaching experience, public speaking
  • English level – C1
  • German language would be a plus
  • Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or similar
  • PMP, RMP, or related certification would be an asset
  • Business education (e.g. MBA)
  • Outstanding soft skills, communication/presentation, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with the client stakeholders throughout the pre-sales project duration, act as the main point of contact between client and company on the pre-sales stage
  • Manage stakeholders on the client-side and their expectations, clearly define the stakeholder map ELEKS works with on client-side
  • Obtain a detailed understanding of client business case and business needs, research and learn client business domain, potential industry standards
  • Investigate client’s profile, internal organizational structure, stakeholders, processes, corporate culture, and other data to improve cooperation and collaboration
  • Mobilize pre-sales team, finding out optimal approach to the potential project proposition: consulting, discovery, formal proposal, etc., and to the business model: dedicated team, T&M, fixed price, other
  • Be able to address any RFI/RFP questions shared by the client within the vendor selection process, be aware of ELEKS financial information, legal entities, information that can or cannot be disclosed with the client
  • Lead pre-sales team and prepare/facilitate the preparation of high-quality proposal based on client needs/company capabilities, provide a response to RFP addressing vendor selection criteria set by client
  • Capture, evaluate, and address risks related to the engagement process, overall future cooperation with clients as well as project-related risks
  • Manage discovery projects, audit projects for enterprise client accounts, act as PM for these projects, and bear responsibility for project deliverables and outputs
  • Remain as dedicated EM to enterprise account, maintain a relationship with client stakeholders on C and middle management levels to identify potential business opportunities and pass them to relevant stakeholders
  • Initiate, organize, and document outputs or Retrospective/Lessons Learned for won and lost opportunities for analysis and future process improvement
  • Contribute to the definition of best practices for the engagement process for enterprise client accounts
  • Work in close cooperation with ELEKS business development representatives to support them in the pre-sales process and convert a lead into a project in delivery
  • Follow ELEKS sales process and all formal procedures related to the pre-sales process
  • Ensure process transparency for ELEKS stakeholders during pre-sales process – in particular, Financial Department, Legal Department, and Delivery
