Business Development Executive (Germany)

ELEKS is looking for seasoned Business Development Executive in Germany.


  • Sell software services to Fortune 500 and medium-size customers in accordance to quota
  • Work with targeted Customer profiles and lists in order to verify their business needs, budget, time constraints and authority
  • Generate new leads and opportunities
  • Create strategies of reaching of each of the specific Customer, including approaches, ways of reaching, nurturing etc depending on the specific Sales Propositions of the Company
  • Provide Customer’s feedback (unitary and consolidated) to Marketing and Products and Services in order to ensure the adjustment of Sales packages
  • Track all the activities in the CRM, analyze and present the results


  • Ideal candidates must have a demonstrable track-record of complex B2B software solutions sales with Fortune 500 and medium-size customers
  • At least 5 years’ experience in similar positions in IT outsourcing or services companies
  • Experience of selling technological software products, with sales quota attainment of at least $2M per year
  • Technical background and good understanding of the software product development process and life cycle
  • Proven ability to deal with prospects and close the deals with large and mid-sized enterprises
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and proactively (our company, our sales offering, industry, trends, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel
