ELEKS Customer Support Office is looking for a Middle Customer Support Engineer (L3) in all our locations or remotely

  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Windows technologies – Visual Studio, .NET, (C#, VB .NET)
  • Scripting – Powershell/bash/python/etc.
  • SQL
  • Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
  • Understanding of agile methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal English skills


  • Troubleshooting issues & bug fixing
  • Implementing change requests
  • Supporting end-user tools and processes. Communicating with end-users to resolve issues
  • Working in an agile environment
  • Software engineering best-practices: dev-ops, unit-testing, peer reviews, design documentation
