Customer Experience Designer

ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Lead Service/Customer Experience Designer to join our team in the USA.

ABOUT CLIENT
Our client is one of the largest insurance brokers in the world, working in the insurance business domain and providing risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and investment banking solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with projects in the insurance domain
  • Proven experience working across a service design process, autonomously with minimal support
  • Ability to create service design artifacts and outputs, such as current and future-state user journeys, personas, service concepts, service blueprints, and other artifacts
  • ‘Client readiness’, with experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, ideation sessions, or similar
  • Well-developed organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a tight timeframe with a proactive mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to explain design decisions, work collaboratively, and have responsibility for a service
  • Certification and/or qualifications in Service Design

WILL BE A PLUS

  • Experience in running practical trainings and facilitating leadership around Service Design
  • Experience both with large corporate clients and medium-sized businesses
  • Experience working with various tools such as Figma, Mural, Teams, PowerPoint
  • Experience in Product Strategy and Product Roadmapping

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maximize the value we deliver for our clients and optimize our internal services, right from the inception to real-life application of Service Design
  • Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and must be able to use an iterative method and flexible approach to enable rapid delivery where necessary
  • Work with data and qualitative insight, through collaboration with frontline staff, managers, and customers, to design solutions and strategic propositions
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, and cost optimisation for existing services, as well as collect data and facilitate research to validate their feasibility and market fit
  • Actively promote the design perspective in discussions with teams and stakeholders
  • Continuously improve our Service Design offering as part of the company’s service portfolio
