Requirements Analyst

ELEKS Business Analysis Office is looking for a Requirements Analyst to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

ABOUT CLIENT
Our client is one of the largest insurance brokers in the world, working in the insurance business domain and providing risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and investment banking solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis
• Experience on midsize or large projects (10+ people)
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Understanding of the ERP system implementation process
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience in conducting the requirements elicitation sessions, familiar with different requirements elicitation techniques
• Strong business requirements building and management skills
• Capability to choose the optimal requirements organization and modelling technique
• Ability to see the big picture, plan the work approach properly, and move forward with small steps
• Ability to work independently, organize proper stakeholder management, and own BA processes workflow
• Ability to adapt to project changes during the project flow
• Experience in process description, familiarity with BPMN notation and different process description tools
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Advanced level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate and understand client’s organization-specific policies and business rules
• Conduct requirements elicitation sessions with different types of stakeholders, including end-users
• Extract requirements from existing documentation (high-level documentation, SRS, RFP etc.)
• Analyse business requirements and specify them to an appropriate level of details. Develop and maintain requirements documentation
• Create conceptual mock-ups and prototypes. Visualize requirements on different stages of the project
• Define and manage solution scope
• Communicate on requirements and general solution questions with internal and external stakeholders
• Keep track of dependencies between requirements and drive change request management
• Obtain requirements approval and signoff from project decision makers
• Assist with preparation of performance reports
