Engineering Coordinator

Eleks is looking for Engineering Coordinator in Lviv.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience as administrator/assistant
• English – Upper-intermediate or higher

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Negotiation, and relationship building skills
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and independently
• Ability to handle uncertainty while continuing to drive assigned work with a positive, highly motivated, and can-do attitude
• Strong time management skills: аbility to work on tight deadlines
• Experience working with MS Office products, experienced excel user
• Excellent multi-tasking skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage internal initiatives:

1.  maintain and monitor engineering activities and progress trackers, project plans, and project schedules
2.  manage some internal initiatives
3.  perform review of projects assigned to the engineering division and maintain/enter project tracking log
4.  perform project related activities such as executing specific tasks, reporting status, aligning with other divisions Organize, attend, and participate in all stakeholder meetings and distribute minutes to all stakeholders

• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Maintain regular communications with internal teams and business stakeholders to ensure necessary and appropriate steps are taken to resolve difficulties, which may impede progress or compromise achievement of internal project’s objectives
• Contributes thoughts and ideas to the engineering division to develop solutions to existing processes. Participate in communication with other functional offices
