ELEKS is looking for a Workday developer in the USA and Argentina

The customer is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective health care and equipping their members with information and tools to make the best health care decisions for themselves and their families. We help our customers achieve their goals by developing and supporting IT tools.
For the role, we are seeking a skilled Workday Developer to design, build, test, and maintain Workday applications and integrations supporting key business processes across HR, payroll, and financial systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid hands-on experience as a Workday Developer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Strong understanding of Workday’s data model and integration architecture
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions with clear, maintainable documentation
- Proven ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across Workday integrations
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with change management processes and maintaining technical documentation
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on scalable, maintainable solutions
NICE TO HAVE
- Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Integration Certified, Workday Studio Certified)
- Experience with other enterprise HR/payroll systems or ERP environments
- Familiarity with security models and compliance in enterprise systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday applications and integrations based on business requirements
- Build and maintain custom Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and dashboards
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to identify and clarify integration and reporting needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and custom reports
- Maintain clear documentation and technical artifacts in line with internal change management practices
- Contribute to technical upgrades and release activities, ensuring minimal business disruption
