SEO Specialist

ELEKS Marketing team is looking for an SEO Specialist to join our team in Ukraine ( Lviv or Kyiv), Poland, Croatia, and Estonia.

Candidates should demonstrate expertise in strategic and technical aspects of search engine marketing, ranging from day-to-day tasks (keyword research and analysis, site audits, content audits) to the technical implementation of SEO best practices and link building. This role involves a great deal of collaboration with design, development and content teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in SEO
• Experience with link-building and content-driven SEO for the English-speaking markets
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• English – Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Self-disciplined, organized and detail-oriented
• Good team player
• Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications would be a plus
• Thirst for knowledge constantly reading, studying and testing

RESPONSIBILITIES

• All SEO activities, including on-page and off-page optimization
• Help build organic landing pages, recommend optimizations and ensure SEO best practices are implemented
• Make technical recommendations for developers
• Perform ongoing keyword research to ensure the content team has timely content ideas
• Create and execute link building strategy
• Research and analyze market trends to recommend SEO changes
