ELEKS is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Lviv, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk or Ternopil.

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is a leading Ukrainian retail company operating over 1,000 stores nationwide. The project focuses on Agile transformation, setting up cross-functional teams, defining new roles and responsibilities, and building a roadmap for IT performance measurement.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in Agile delivery and transformation
Proven experience with fixed-price projectsAgile certifications (PMP, SAFe, Agile Coach or similar)
Proficiency in tools: Jira, Confluence, Mural, MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel); experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Fluent English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate level or above)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead one of the product streams within the IT transformation program
Facilitate Agile delivery: implement frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), run workshops, and coach teams
Collaborate with senior stakeholders (IT, PMO, HR) to design and implement a new operating model
Create transformation roadmaps, playbooks, and process documentation
Participate in designing and implementing performance metrics and governance systems
