ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Senior Experience Designer in Croatia or Poland.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in UX, CX, service design, or a related field
Strong knowledge of design thinking methodologies and human-centered design principles
Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Sketch, Mural and prototyping tools
Experience with journey mapping, service blueprints, and interaction models
Familiarity with customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES) and their application
Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG, ADA, EN 301 549).Ability to work with design systems and component-based UI frameworks
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints
Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to identify pain points and opportunities
Develop and map customer journeys, service blueprints, and workflows to enhance engagement
Synthesize research findings from user research and other data sources (e.g. market research, usability research, data analytics, and secondary research) into actionable insights and recommendations
Drive product design phases and discovery processes, facilitating research, workshops, and concept validation
Define user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on research insights and best practices
Work with design systems and create high-fidelity UI mockups that align with brand guidelines
Validate designs through A/B testing, usability testing, and continuous feedback loops
Ensure designs meet WCAG and other accessibility standards for inclusivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align experience design strategies with business objectives
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to ideate, collaborate, and co-create solutions for enhancing the customer experience
Advocate for human-centered design principles and customer-centric thinking across the company
