Senior Customer Support Engineer (L2/L3)

ELEKS Customer Support Office is looking for a Senior Customer Support Engineer (L2/L3) in all our locations or remotely.


The project is related to the support of several clients from different fields: finance, media etc.


  • 2+ years of commercial experience C# .NET/.Net Core, ASP.NET Web API 2
  • AWS or Azure knowledge
  • Database administration (MS SQL/Postgress/Maria)
  • Expert level troubleshooting capability to drive service and chronic related issues toward a quick but quality resolution
  • At least Intermediate level of English


  • Experience with any front-end framework (Angular or React)
  • Linux administration
  • Hands-on skills in any CI/CD system
  • Experience in network fault finding and diagnostics


  • Detect defects, apply debugging methods and techniques, correctly interpret bug reports, as well as apply modern compilers, debuggers, and program code optimizers
  • Modify existing code and verify its functioning. Analyze code compliance with readability and performance standards
  • Take ownership and responsibility and distribute the tasks among the team to resolve customer requests in accordance with SLAs according to ITIL protocols
  • Act as a mentor and provide oversight, coaching, and training to technical support staff
  • Be the point of contact when it comes to L3 escalations and technical advisory
  • Approve technical decisions and communicate with stakeholders. Analyze variants of software requirements implementation; evaluate their time-consumption and workload
