SAP MM Consultant in Norway

ELEKS Enterprise Applications Practice is looking for SAP MM Consultant in Norway.

ELEKS is looking for experienced SAP MM Consultant with military information systems and/or logistic information systems background to join a large project in the National Security field in Europe.

REQUIREMENTS

Semi-senior or Senior consultant – SAP certification in SAP MM
Proven experience as an SAP MM Consultant (6-8 years) with a focus on Defense and Security projects
In-depth knowledge of SAP MM modules, including logistics, procurement, inventory management,
Understanding of how SAP MM integrates with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, WM) and the ability to design end-to-end solutions
Strong understanding of materials management processes and best practices
Experience working on Defense or Security or military related projects
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other relevant SAP technologies
Knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements – is a strong plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with key stakeholders in Defense and Security projects to comprehend and document specific requirements pertaining to SAP materials management
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization within the Defense and Security domain
Design customized SAP MM solutions aligned with industry standards, addressing the distinctive needs of Defense and Security projects
Configure SAP MM modules to facilitate streamlined procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
Engage closely with fellow SAP functional consultants and cross-functional teams, fostering seamless integration of SAP MM with other modules and external systems
Ensure the adherence of SAP MM solutions to pertinent security protocols and regulatory standards in the Defense and Security sector
Deliver training sessions to end-users, facilitating a seamless transition and fostering the adoption of SAP MM functionalities within the new system
Generate comprehensive documentation, encompassing functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and user manuals for SAP MM implementations
Regularly update documentation to accurately reflect any modifications or enhancements made to the SAP MM configuration
