SAP HCM Consultant in Norway

ELEKS Enterprise Applications Practice is looking for SAP HCM Consultant in Norway.

ELEKS is looking for experienced SAP HCM Consultant with military information systems and/or logistic information systems background to join a large project in the National Security field in Europe.

REQUIREMENTS

Semi-senior or Senior consultant – SAP certification in SAP HCM or related modules
Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant (S4/HANA) with a focus on Defense and Security projects, strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices
In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including personnel administration, organizational management, and time management, payroll
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant SAP technologies
Understanding and implementation of SAP Fiori applications to provide a modern and intuitive user interface for HR processes
Expertise in managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to talent development and offboarding
Awareness of data privacy and security considerations, ensuring the protection of sensitive HR information
Experience working on Defense or Security or military related projects
Knowledge of government HR policies and compliance requirements – is a strong plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand and document specific human capital management (HCM) requirements in the context of Defense and Security projects
Analyze existing HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
Design and implement SAP HCM solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of Defense and Security projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards
Configure SAP HCM modules to support personnel management, organizational management, time management, and other relevant HR processes
Work closely with other SAP functional consultants and project teams to integrate SAP HCM with other SAP modules and external systems
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless end-to-end business processes
Ensure that SAP HCM solutions comply with relevant security protocols and regulatory requirements in the Defense and Security sector
Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and user manuals for SAP HCM implementations
Maintain documentation to reflect any changes or updates made to the SAP HCM configuration
Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP HCM functionalities, facilitating a smooth transition and adoption of the new system
