Salesforce Administrator

ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Salesforce Administrator in Argentina.

Our customer is a well-known financial advisor company from the USA that has been providing its services since 1974.
The project is a platform that allows brokers to organize the entire working process with their clients: synchronize with the exchange according to the data, create reports etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of experience in Salesforce environment performing administration or development work
• Solid experience supporting enterprise-class applications in engineering or administrative roles.
• Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, AutoRABIT for deployments, Outlook plugin
• Demonstrated ability and experience in the entire service development lifecycle with the right mix of monitoring, alerting, and tracking.
• Ability to translate business requests into data insight reports.
• Strong commercial and data mindset to work closely with the data and information in the business.
• Ability to perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
• Ability to configure Salesforce systems for optimized integrations.
• Ability to deploy new Salesforce integrations and support linking Salesforce with other business data sources for end-to-end customer view.
• Outstanding communication skills and confidence in working collaboratively and positively with employees and customers.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Provide key support in the development, maintenance, and administration of the Salesforce system and database.
• Drive best practices in Salesforce data entry and maintenance within the business.
• Be responsible for Salesforce data input, quality, and integrity processes.
• Support the integration and maintenance of Salesforce data with other data sources and work with the data pod.
• Administer and support Salesforce database daily; manage user setups, roles, profiles, workflows, and groups.
• Build routine and ad hoc custom reports and dashboards in line with business demand.
• Configure Salesforce data exports, which can be imported into the downstream data warehouse.
• Develop training and support documentation for users and deliver Salesforce training to less experienced staff members.
• Promote a data-driven culture in the organization and play an active part in supporting the work of the data pod.
• Proactively engage stakeholders to identify areas for improvement that align with growth and retention goals.
• Interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
