REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year of experience as a B2B Sales Manager
- Background in IT or medical technologies is a strong advantage
- Medical education or experience in healthcare is a plus
- Solid understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and product presentation techniques
- Customer-oriented mindset with a clear grasp of the B2B sales process
- Confident user of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the client database: analyzing business needs, budgets, and identifying key decision-makers
- Developing personalized outreach strategies (channels, messaging, approach)
- Actively generating new leads and handling inbound inquiries (calls, social media, email, online meetings)
- Preparing and delivering product presentations
- Processing client requests and preparing commercial offers
- Understanding the specifics of the municipal non-profit enterprise (MNPE) product and its implementation
- Collecting and relaying client feedback to the marketing and product teams
- Recording all activities in the CRM system, analyzing performance, and presenting results
- Conducting offline visits to healthcare institutions
