REQUIREMENTS

3–5 years of experience as a BA on RPA projects
Understanding of RPA technologies and constraints (especially UiPath)
Familiarity with multiple automation environments and platforms
Basic familiarity with test approaches like TDD/BDD and DevOps processes
Strong process mapping and stakeholder communication skills
Upper-Intermediate level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct process discovery sessions and identify RPA use cases
Document as-is/to-be workflows, write PDDs, and support SDDs with architects
Coordinate across multi-environment automations (web, Citrix, mainframe, Excel)
Collaborate closely with developers to validate solution feasibility
Assist in test case planning and acceptance criteria definition
Support TDD/BDD-aligned development workflows
