Enterprise Engagement Manager

ELEKS Engagement is looking for Enterprise Engagement Manager in our Lviv or Kyiv offices.

Enterprise Engagement Manager is responsible for cooperation and relationship establishment with clients, pre-sale management and developing an optimal business proposal for the client, serving as a bridge between client and ELEKS organizations.


  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and SDLC approaches
  • Software project management, risk management, stakeholders management, change management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of IT outsourcing and product/service development
  • Software/business documentation knowledge
  • Project budget calculation and project vision development
  • Proficiency level of English (writing/speaking)


  • 3+ years of experience in IT outsourcing business
  • Experience working as Project Manager (on pre-sales)
  • Experience working in Sales/Engagement/Business Development in IT outsourcing
  • Experience working with clients from US/Western Europe
  • Onsite visits to client locations held in the past
  • Project management of 3+ discovery/audit projects
  • Training/coaching experience, public speaking

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with the client stakeholders throughout the pre-sales project duration, act as the main point of contact between client and company on the pre-sales stage
  • Manage stakeholders on client side and their expectations, clearly define the stakeholder map ELEKS works with on client side
  • Obtain detailed understanding of client business case and business needs, research and learn client business domain, potential industry standards
  • Mobilize and lead pre-sales team, finding out optimal approach to the potential project proposition: consulting, discovery, formal proposal, etc. and to business model: dedicated team, T&M, fixed price, other
  • Capture, evaluate, and address risks related to engagement process, overall future cooperation with client as well as project related risks
  • Manage discovery projects, audit projects for enterprise client accounts, act as PM for these projects and bear responsibility for project deliverables and outputs
  • Remain as dedicated EM to enterprise account, maintain relationship with client stakeholders on C and middle management levels to identify potential business opportunities and pass them to relevant stakeholders
  • Work in close cooperation with ELEKS business development representatives to support them in pre-sales process and convert a lead into a project in delivery
  • Follow ELEKS sales process and all formal procedures related to pre-sales process
  • Ensure process transparency for ELEKS stakeholders during pre-sales process – in particular, Financial Department, Legal Department and Delivery
