ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Support Go Developer in Argentina.

ABOUT PROJECT

The project focuses on building modern developer tools for industrial automation – providing Git-based source control for PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems used in manufacturing.

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of professional software engineering experience
Proficiency in Go – primary language of the platform (~50% of daily work)
Working knowledge of Rust and TypeScript
Experience with Python for scripting, tooling, or automation tasks
Ability to investigate, reproduce, and resolve bugs across backend services and integrations
Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations
Comfort working in hybrid cloud environments (Azure and AWS)
Strong written and verbal communication in English (Upper-Intermediate+ level)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision across time zones

RESPONSIBILITIES

Investigate and resolve L3 support tickets across Go, Rust, and TypeScript codebases
Onboard new clients onto the client’s platform, handling configuration and integration setup
Build and maintain third-party integrations connecting vendor toolchains to client’s source-control engine
Apply bug fixes, patches, and performance optimizations to production services
Support the maintenance of platform’s existing stable client base, ensuring reliability and continuity
Document issue resolutions, integration quirks, and operational runbooks for the team
Collaborate with client’s internal engineering team to escalate and resolve complex platform issues
