ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Poland or Croatia.

ABOUT PROJECT

The project involves coordinating complex internal IT initiatives across multiple regions, with a focus on aligning business processes and technology through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and international deployments.

REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of experience managing projects, ideally in large-scale or international settings
Proven knowledge of project management principles
Fluency in English
Practical experience in using the EVM model
Proven expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a deep understanding of PMBOK principles
A strong understanding of project financials (profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and resource utilization)
Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders
Experience coordinating multi-country system rollouts, change initiatives, or business transformations
Good working knowledge of project management tools: JIRA, TFS, BugTracker, MS Project
Basic knowledge of business administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders
Translate business needs into actionable IT projects
Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business strategy
Coordinate deployments at the country/cluster/region level
Lead deployment planning, UAT, readiness, and go-live activities
Manage stakeholder communications and escalations
Facilitate collaboration with Manufacturing, HR, and Communication teams
Oversee data migration and testing in coordination with Data Management and regional teams
Serve as the key IT contact for Local IT Manufacturing and other internal groups
