Senior Integration Engineer, Argentina

ELEKS Customer Support Office is looking for a Senior Integration Engineer in Argentina.

ABOUT PROJECT

This global law firm is the largest in the world, providing comprehensive legal services across diverse industries in over 80 countries. With a strong focus on innovation and deep local expertise, it helps clients navigate complex legal, regulatory, and business challenges. The Integrations Engineer will be a member of the Finance Systems Engineering team.

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of relevant experience
Expertise in integration platforms (IntApp Integrate, Azure Data Factory, Boomi) and API/E3/ETL/EDI technologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS & PaaS (Virtual Servers, Networking, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vaults, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Integration Services)
Experience with Windows servers, business continuity (backups, failover, disaster recovery), and Azure/Microsoft SQL databases
Knowledge of implementation lifecycles, methodologies, and IT best practices
Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Firmwide Integration Accountability: Maintain accountability for any integrations moving data between supported Elite 3E environments and other Firmwide systems and services (i.e. SAP SuccessFactors, IntApp Open & Conflicts, Elite Data Insights, others)
Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Elite 3E integrations, delivering guidance and advice to other stakeholders both within GBT and local VMA teams
Technical Leadership: Lead technical efforts and innovate with a focus on integration availability, optimization, security, and delivering robust support
ITSM Processes: Ensure strict adherence to ITSM business processes, including incident management, major incident management, problem management, and change management
Operational Procedures: Develop and implement technical processes and procedures to enable integrations monitoring, updates, optimization, to ensure effective operations
Collaboration Across Teams: Collaborate with GBT and local VMA teams to ensure the effective support and maintenance of the finance integrations
Support-Centric Focus: Maintain a focus on delivering Service Excellence, by ensuring systems and services meet business-critical needs and user experience expectations
