Scrum Master

ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Scrum Master in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Our client is a leading US health insurance company with over 25 million members. The customer is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective health care and equipping their members with information and tools so they can make the best health care decisions for themselves and their families. We are helping to achieve our customer’s goals via developing and supporting the IT tools, numerous applications and APIs, both for internal and external use.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record in enterprise applications
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and expert application of the Scrum framework
• Owning and implementing process improvements to achieve cost-effectiveness and time optimization
• Exceptional facilitation and conflict-resolution skills to guide high-performing teams effectively
• Advanced problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Expertly organize and facilitate all key Scrum events including daily stand-ups, Sprint planning sessions, Sprint reviews, and Retrospectives to maximize team effectiveness
• Proactively identify and eliminate impediments that block team progress, creating a streamlined path for delivery excellence
• Provide expert guidance on Agile principles and Scrum practices to team members, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined, properly prioritized product backlog that is clearly understood by the entire team
• Build strong relationships across teams and with stakeholders, promoting transparent communication and effective teamwork
• Implement metrics-based tracking systems to monitor team progress, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize delivery capabilities
• Ensure consistent adherence to Scrum values and practices, safeguarding the quality and effectiveness of the Agile process
• Serve as the key liaison between the development team and external stakeholders, aligning expectations and ensuring smooth communication
