ELEKS Business Analysis Office is looking for a Product Manager in Ukraine.

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is a Ukrainian state system responsible for regulating the circulation of excise goods.

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
Proven experience working with enterprise B2B products
Background in integration‑heavy, platform, or middleware solutions
Experience managing long‑term, reusable product platforms (not one‑off projects)
Experience or familiarity with Track & Trace systems, or with supply chain, logistics, or customs processes, is highly beneficial
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to structure complex and ambiguous problem spaces
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients
Confident in making prioritization decisions and scope trade‑offs
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Availability for occasional travel to Kyiv

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the product and define product vision, scope, and roadmap
Translate regulatory and logistics requirements into clear product features and user stories
Shape and refine core flows: excise stamp lifecycle, catalog sync, aggregation/packaging, logistics workflows, document submissions
Represent the product in client demos, discovery, and presales activities
Communicate capabilities, limitations, and customization boundaries to stakeholders
Gather and prioritize feedback from clients, delivery teams, and sales/presales
Collaborate closely with architects, engineering, designers, and integration specialists
Ensure product decisions align with technical architecture, deployment strategy, and scalability
