REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience in C++
1 year of experience with Python
Experience with AzureDevOps
Upper-Intermediate English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reply to the customer requests via email and service now ticket requests
Investigate the root cause of the incidents from the end users’ queries
Identify the resolve or workaround strategy for the incident and communicates it to the customer
Resolve bugs and incidents identified by the end users
Implement small scale improvements for the system
Participate in the hot fix release activities
Contribute to the knowledge base documentation of the existing product
Report the status of the support tickets to the Product Management
Participate in Daily Status, Refinement, Planning and Retrospective meetings
