Senior Software Developer (.Net)

ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Senior Software Developer (.Net) in Argentina.

ABOUT CLIENT
Our client is one of the most famous financial services and management consulting companies in the USA that provides various risk management solutions, such as commercial risk, investment, wealth, health, and reinsurance products.

ABOUT PROJECT
The main goal of the project is to rewrite application using modern technology to bring it back to the top application portfolio for clients and scale product possibilities in integration.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Web API
• Experience with building project templates, and reusable components (e.g. nuget packages)
• Experience with Azure native microservices architecture & Azure services (App services, key vault, storage queue)
• Security protocols: OKTA / OAuth / Identity Server / Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker
• Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs based on API management
• Good knowledge of CI/CD system setup and configuration
• Open API standard knowledge
• ORMs: EF6
• Following DDD (Data Driven Design)
• Understanding canonical APIs approach
• Experience with databases (CosmosDB, MS SQL,, etc.)
• Understanding APMs
• Upper-Intermediate High/Advanced level of English

NICE TO HAVE

• Monitoring (Datadog, etc.)
• Experience with cloud-native services such as SignalR, Functions
• Cache technologies (Redis cache, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable software in line with technical requirements, focusing on performance and availability
• Analyze requirements, review designs, and estimate user stories following project methodology (Agile, Waterfall, etc)
• Proactively propose code refactoring and optimization improvements according to the best software development practices and coding standards
• Help maintain and improve high-quality standards within the developer community by sharing knowledge, conducting tech talks, and participating in the internal promotion verification process
• Stay up-to-date with modern technology and obtain professional certifications
• Support less experienced developers by providing training, distributing, and monitoring tasks
