ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Poland.

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is one of the world’s leading British-American insurance brokerage firms, providing risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and investment banking solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of IT Project Management experience, with end-to-end ownership of complex Fixed Price software projects
Experience working with enterprise customers and managing multiple stakeholder groups, including senior and executive stakeholders
Experience setting up projects from scratch, including team formation, governance, delivery processes, and reporting
Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to improve PM and delivery workflows
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability tracking
Strong scope, Change Request, risk, dependency, and escalation management skills
Experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models

RESPONSIBILITIES

Take full ownership of a Fixed Price project
Establish project governance, delivery processes, and communication frameworks
Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across internal teams and multiple customer departments
Maintain project plans, budgets, resourcing, forecasts, and financial metrics; proactively identify and address deviations
Manage scope and Change Requests, risks, assumptions, and dependencies through structured identification, mitigation, and escalation
Ensure transparent, data-driven communication with the customer regarding project status, risks, financials, dependencies, and key decisions
Lead distributed, cross-functional teams and confidently handle complex negotiations, conflicts, and escalations
Embed AI into day-to-day project management workflows to improve planning, reporting, documentation, communication, risk identification, and knowledge management
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive PM and delivery activities using AI tools and integrations, improving process efficiency, consistency, and visibility
Promote practical and responsible AI adoption across the project while ensuring that AI-generated outputs are validated and aligned with customer, security, and confidentiality requirements
