Middle/Senior Tableau Developer

ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Middle/Senior Tableau Developer in Poland, Croatia, Argentina, and the US.

ABOUT PROJECT
Our client is one of the most popular insurance brokers in the US. This organization has an established history and has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
• Experience with Tableau
• Strong background in Snowflake, including experience with engineering ingestion and transformation pipelines
• Advanced SQL skills
• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and optimize Tableau reports and dashboards in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Snowflake
•  Implement and enforce data quality frameworks and best practices
•  Tackle complex data ingestion challenges, including handling changing source formats and schemas
•  Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data models and visualizations
•  Continuously improve data processes and infrastructure for scalability and efficiency
