ELEKS DevOps Office is looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer in Ukraine, Poland.

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is an international investment firm providing wealth management and investment solutions. The project focuses on building a new wealth management platform from scratch using a modern AWS-based technology stack.

The project follows an AI-native development approach, integrating AI-powered tools and automation into everyday engineering processes to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and increase team productivity.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure
Experience with ECS, Fargate, DynamoDB, S3, Cognito, CloudWatch, and Application Load Balancers
Strong experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools
Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and experience building automated deployment pipelines
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments
Good knowledge of cloud networking, security, access management, and AWS best practices
Experience designing reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environments
Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar
Ability to establish infrastructure, environments, and engineering processes from scratch
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure for a new wealth management platform
Establish cloud environments, infrastructure standards, and operational processes from scratch
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows
Manage containerized workloads using ECS, Fargate, and Docker
Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards using CloudWatch
Ensure platform security, reliability, scalability, availability, and cost efficiency
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to streamline deployments and development workflows
Apply AI-powered development tools and automation to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency
Drive continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices
