Junior Python Developer

ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Junior Python Developer in Poland.

Project Overview
The mission of the project is to overhaul and modernize the CFO function in investment and finance by providing complete end-to-end control and transparency in financial processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1.5+ years of experience in Python development
• Proficiency in Python, with expertise in the Django framework
• Knowledge of MS SQL is a plus
• Experience with PySpark and Apache Airflow is an advantage
• English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and sustain software solutions in alignment with technical specifications
• Identify and analyze defects, verify and debug software, and accurately interpret bug reports
• Implement best practices in software development and adhere to coding standards
• Coordinate task deadlines with the Technical Leader or Project Manager
• Monitor and manage changes to source code using version control systems
