ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Project Manager in Poland or Croatia.
About Project
Our Customer, a Munich-based company, is transforming event automation with an innovative platform that simplifies invitations, registrations, and guest management. The manager will lead the integration of a new solution into the customer’s IT systems, ensuring seamless connectivity with their existing CRM, ERP, and accounting platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 4 years of project management experience
- Fluent German and English
- Good understanding of IT system and project life cycles
- Proven experience in managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders, particularly in complex projects involving various departments and external partners
- Solid background in overseeing IT system integrations, particularly with CRM, ERP, and accounting systems
- Experience or understanding of the event management industry
- Familiarity with the PMBOK guide
- Strong understanding of the financial aspects of project management, including the ability to manage and analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and resource utilization
- Good working knowledge of project management tools: JIRA, TFS, BugTracker, MS Project
- Proficient understanding of Agile frameworks and Waterfall methodology
- Practical experience with Scrum
- Proven experience managing fixed-price projects, including handling scope changes, resource allocation, and budget control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification would be an asset
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and manage project development from project initiation to closure within budget, schedule and resource limits
- Understand and communicate client business needs to the project team
- Negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of the project
- Develop, maintain and effectively execute project plan throughout the project life. Ensure timely revision of project plan to meet changing needs and requirements
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, review deliverables and milestones prepared by a team
- Forecast, track and manage project budgets, ensure timely invoicing
- Define, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project
- Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
- Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
- Identify project resources necessary and partner with other company managers to acquire resources
- Build and nurture an effective and collaborative project team. Promote effective individual and team performance
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth
