ELEKS Customer Support Office is looking for an Atlassian Administrator in Argentina (Buenos Aires/Cordoba)

The customer is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective health care and equipping their members with information and tools so they can make the best health care decisions for themselves and their families. We are helping to achieve our customer’s goals via developing and supporting the IT tools.

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience as Atlassian/Jira Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
Experience with user management, schemes, and global configurations.
Scripting/automation knowledge (JQL, Automation for Jira, or ScriptRunner).
Strong communication skills to support distributed teams.
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Jira projects, workflows, custom fields, and permissions
Administer Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions
Support users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance
Develop dashboards, filters, and reports for project tracking
Ensure compliance with governance/security standards
Integrate Atlassian tools with other platforms (Slack, Git, etc.)
