ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Kraków and across Poland.

ABOUT PROJECT

The Senior Project Manager will be part of our newly established AI‑Native Delivery Pod. This is a ground‑floor role, driving AI‑enabled workflows, pre‑sales activities, and client delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

7+ years of Project Management experience, including intake, planning, and reporting for small delivery teams
Genuine willingness to work stack-agnostic — comfortable coordinating delivery regardless of which technology the pod’s next engagement requires
Experience with, or strong motivation to quickly become fluent in, AI-Native/AI-assisted delivery approaches
Highly organized and mature working style — able to stand up process, planning, and reporting for a team with no existing structure to inherit
Strong ability to help a small team self-organize and align on ways of working
Excellent presentation and communication skills — comfortable representing the pod directly to clients and leaving a strong impression
Business-oriented mindset: able to frame the pod’s delivery in terms clients want to buy, and to contribute creatively to how ELEKS positions and sells AI-Native delivery
Advanced English proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES

Organize the pod’s process, intake, planning, and reporting from the ground up
Help the pod self-organize — coordinate between the Tech Lead/Architect, QA Consultant, and domain expert/BA
Plan and track the pod’s controlled work (PoCs, pre-sales support, internal requests) and its move to client engagements
Represent the pod to clients and stakeholders, building confidence in the AI-Native delivery model
Contribute a business-minded, creative angle to pre-sales conversations alongside the rest of the pod
Participate in a structured training/ramp-up cycle (2-3 months) alongside the rest of the pod
