RPA Test Engineer

ELEKS Quality Assurance Office is looking for a Middle RPA Test Engineer in the USA.

ABOUT CLIENT

Our customer is among the top-5 health insurance companies in the US. The company serves more than 15 million members across five states and employs more than 20,000 people.
The customer is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective health care and equipping their members with information and tools so they can make the best health care decisions for themselves and their families. We are helping to achieve our customer’s goals via developing and supporting the IT tools. Numerous applications and APIs, both for internal and external use.
Teams use agile methodologies like Scrum. The majority follow TDD and pair programming. The typical team consists of 6-8 developers and a product manager who is responsible for user stories and communication.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of QA/testing with 2+ years focused on RPA projects
• Experience with UiPath, Selenium, Postman, or API test tools
• Understanding of TDD/BDD methodologies
• Strong CI/CD and “shift left” mindset for early testing
• Coding/scripting experience in Python, .NET, or Java is a strong plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write and execute test cases for RPA solutions using UiPath Test Suite or manual techniques
• Validate automations across various environments (desktop, web, Citrix, mainframe)
• Create mock data and support automated regression testing
• Work within CI/CD pipelines to integrate test automation
• Participate in peer reviews and support developers with bug triage
