Solution Business Analyst (pre-sales team)

ELEKS Business Analysis Office is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our pre-sale team in the USA.

This is a dedicated BA role designed to support the pre-sales function, perfect for someone eager to grow their business and sales acumen. We’re looking for a candidate who excels in building “mini-business cases” and can effectively connect our work to tangible business value for our customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis
• Ideally, a background in management consulting
• Strong business and financial acumen, with a solid understanding of enterprise operations
• Experience across multiple industries (generalist knowledge, not expert level)
• Hands-on experience in executing product design phases or product discovery processes
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager is a plus
• Proven hands-on experience with mid to large-sized projects (10+ team members)
• An MBA is highly desirable
• CCBA certification or equivalent is preferred
• Willingness to travel for business when needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define business needs and business change drivers. Work on presales in the engagement team
• Manage customer expectations and translate needs into effective solutions
• Elicit requirements using different BA techniques (interviews, focus groups, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, etc.)
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs
• Document, analyze, and prioritize detailed business requirements based on users and business needs
• Proactively identify improvements that would increase efficiency or productivity in work effort, processes, or application features
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices, as well as other procedures
• Develop requirements and other project documentation templates
• Conduct requirements audit
