ELEKS Business Analysis Office is looking for a Requirements Analyst in Poland or Ukraine.

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is a long-standing US-based partner operating in the LegalTech domain, developing cloud-based solutions for legal and financial organizations.

REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years in one of the following: Technical Business Analyst/Junior Software Engineer interested in Product Management
Ability to read and understand code (C#, Java, JavaScript or similar)
Understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture basics
Ability to use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, MCP-based tools) for code and documentation analysis
Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum processes
Ability to investigate dependencies and impacts across a product
Advanced level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze product functionality, configuration dependencies, documentation, and code-level behavior before development begins
Support Product Managers in refining requirements and preparing development-ready user stories
Investigate product dependencies, identify potential impacts of changes, and provide recommendations to the team
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements
Act as a bridge between Product and Engineering teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment
Reduce clarification cycles during development by proactively addressing gaps and ambiguities in requirements
Contribute to improving the quality, completeness, and consistency of product documentation and user stories
