ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET+React) in Poland and Ukraine.

Our customer is a global British‑American company in the professional services and consulting domain, providing solutions that help clients manage risk and grow their business portfolios. We’re rebuilding and modernizing the digital tools they offer to their customers. ELEKS has been engaged to develop a new software platform that will accelerate product development by introducing reusable components, modernize existing tools into simpler, more intuitive modules, and unify tools and data into a single, efficient ecosystem. You’ll help build a modern, scalable platform used across international markets.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 7+ years of software development experience using .NET Core and C#
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript for building modern web applications
Experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs and working with third-party services
Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with business data processing and database-driven applications
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based services
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps
Experience with Playwright or similar tools for automated end-to-end testing
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Good understanding of software development best practices and modern engineering principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain reliable software in line with technical requirements
Analyze requirements, and independently estimate and set up tasks’ acceptance criteria
Evaluate and coordinate tasks’ deadlines with the Technical Leader or Project Manager
Apply the best software development practices and coding standards to produce high-quality and performant solutions
Stay up-to-date with modern technology and optionally obtain professional certifications
Participate as a trainer or a trainee in various learning programs outside the main project
