ELEKS Customer Support Office is looking for a Senior/Middle IT Administrator (part-time) in Poland, Argentina.

ABOUT CLIENT

The client is a technology company providing a Git-based version control platform for industrial automation systems, supporting leading technologies such as Siemens, Rockwell, Beckhoff, Schneider, and Mitsubishi. The project focuses on supporting the company’s internal IT operations, including secure system access, infrastructure reliability, and collaboration with Security and Platform teams.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in IT Administration, System Administration, or a similar role
Strong experience with endpoint management and technical support across macOS and Windows environments
Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), SSO, SCIM, and user lifecycle management
Experience with identity providers such as Okta and Microsoft Entra ID
Experience implementing and administering VPN solutions; Tailscale experience is preferred
Knowledge of MDM, device enrollment, OS/application patching, and endpoint compliance
Experience managing SaaS applications, licenses, and vendor integrations
Understanding of security and compliance practices; SOC 2 experience is a plus
Experience with Apple and Windows device procurement and vendor coordination
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and effectively in a part-time engagement
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide internal technical support and troubleshoot access, device performance, password, and VPN-related issues
Implement, maintain, and monitor the Tailscale VPN environment and resolve connectivity and configuration issues
Administer user access, roles, SSO, and SCIM processes, including joiner/mover/leaver workflows
Lead the transition of SSO to Okta and support further improvements to identity and access management
Manage SaaS integrations, software licenses, and IT vendors
Maintain endpoint security, OS and application patching, device compliance, and MDM processes
Build and improve procurement and device-enrollment workflows for Apple and Windows hardware
Collaborate with Security Engineering to maintain a secure and SOC 2-compliant IT environment
Create and maintain documentation for IT operations, access procedures, incident response, and escalation processes
Support the implementation of Microsoft Entra ID and unified management of Windows devices
