ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Middle/Senior Project Manager in Croatia, Poland, or Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil).

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is a U.S.-based financial services company developing enterprise software solutions for wealth management organizations. Their platform supports a wide range of business functions, including CRM, financial planning, reporting, analytics, compliance, and document management.

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of Project Management experience within software development environment
Proven experience managing projects from initiation through successful delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and status reporting
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and driving delivery in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong stakeholder management skills, including direct communication with enterprise-level clients and executive stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple dependencies, risks, and competing priorities while maintaining delivery commitments
Experience working with distributed teams
Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

NICE TO HAVE

Experience leading data-related initiatives (data migration, data transition, ETL/ELT, reporting, analytics, or data platform projects)
Previous exposure to financial services, wealth management, fintech, insurance, or other regulated industries
Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and data delivery processes
Experience working in client-facing roles within enterprise organizations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead project delivery across all phases, from planning and execution to monitoring, reporting, and successful project closure
Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Define project scope, delivery approach, milestones, timelines, and resource needs
Coordinate cross-functional teams and proactively manage dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers
Facilitate project ceremonies, track progress, and ensure delivery commitments are met
Maintain accurate project documentation and project information within internal management tools
Prepare regular project status updates and executive-level reports
Foster transparency within the team by identifying, capturing, and escalating concerns when needed
