ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Project Manager in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil or Kyiv.

ABOUR PROJECT

The project centers on implementing a regulatory solution for a large Ukrainian retail company undergoing digital transformation. Your team will be responsible for developing and integrating eExcise services to automate excise operations, support secure data flows, and ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory standards.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, including Fixed Price or Hybrid projects
Strong understanding of FP delivery model, SOW, scope management, and Change Requests
Experience in task planning, estimations, and execution control
Experience managing risks and dependencies
Strong written and verbal communication with clients
Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and maintain agreed commitments
Experience preparing status reports and controlling milestone delivery
Ability to defend project boundaries and manage expectations
High sense of ownership and responsibility
Fluent Ukrainian and English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct and manage project delivery from initiation to closure within scope, time, and budget
Define, negotiate, communicate, and manage project scope
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, revising them as needed
Plan and schedule timelines and milestones; review team deliverablesForecast, track, and manage project budgets; ensure timely invoicing
Set, communicate, and monitor quality standards for all project deliverables
Manage day‑to‑day project operations and team activities
Plan and manage internal and external communicationsIdentify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate project risks
Serve as a liaison between the company and the client; build long‑term trusted relationshipsIdentify resource needs and collaborate with department managers to secure the right talent
