ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Middle Strong/ Senior Full-Stack (.NET+ExtJS/ React) Developer in Ukraine and Poland.

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is a leading global professional reinsurance company from the USA, providing a broad range of risk, retirement, and health solutions. The company is one of the largest insurance brokers worldwide.

The project is ongoing and involves active development, feature implementation, PoCs, refinements, and a small portion of production support (up to ~10%).

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of experience in software development
Strong experience with .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 8
Web technologies: ExtJS (or strong JavaScript experience as an alternative) and React
Strong knowledge of MS SQL
Experience with Entity Framework, ADO.NET
Nice to have: Azure, Quartz
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
Solid understanding of engineering best practices, clean code, and debugging skills
Strong communication, adaptability, and problem‑solving mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed Agile team

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain reliable software in line with technical requirements
Analyze requirements, and independently estimate and set up tasks’ acceptance criteria
Evaluate and coordinate tasks’ deadlines with the Technical Leader or Project Manager
Apply the best software development practices and coding standards to produce high-quality and performant solutions
Stay up-to-date with modern technology and optionally obtain professional certifications
Participate as a trainer or a trainee in various learning programs outside the main project
