Solution Business Analyst/ Product Manager

Our customer is seeking to extend its collaboration with Eleks to deliver a full-cycle service offering, from ideation to production release. Customers face certain challenges, including limited resources to lead sub-streams and difficulties defining scope and timelines for the existing development team.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager or Product Owner
• Proven experience working with enterprise B2B products
• Proven experience in government-sector projects
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to structure complex and ambiguous problem spaces
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients
• Confident in making prioritization decisions and scope trade‑offs
• Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
• Availability for occasional travel to Kyiv

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate multiple product development streams
• Maintain high-level communication and informal reporting with MoD stakeholders
• Elicit requirements using different BA techniques (interviews, focus groups, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis, etc.)
• Facilitate product implementation through contract management, integration support, and documentation
• Document, analyze, and prioritize detailed business requirements based on users and business needs
• Potentially raise and manage the team of supporting business analysts and information developers to accept and deliver on customers’ rising expectations.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Develop requirements and other project documentation templates
